THE SYMBOL OF ARPINO

The symbol of Arpino is the Eagle, with the wings spread on the two heights: Civita Falconara, in which is located the “Castle of Ladislao” king of Naples, (1263) and the Acropolis of Civitavecchia, the oldest part of the city, surrounded by the imposing “Cyclopean walls” for the size of the boulders from which they are made, in which the ancient door to “Arco a sesto acuto” opens (unique in the world) and in which you can admire beauties like the “Torre di Cicerone” and breathtaking views.
